As of October 2022 we are a fully employee-owned business, with all commercial decisions being made with our staff’s best interests in mind. Not only does this incentivise employee innovation so that we can be the very best versions of ourselves, but it also provides a welcome annual fillip just before Christmas.

In February 2024 we received accreditation with the Good Business Charter, demonstrating our commitment to employee welfare, environmental awareness, fair payment of tax and ongoing adherence to the highest quality standards for our customers. While we obviously think these are standards that should be met regardless, we consider it important to provide a firm, public commitment to ethical business practices.
